She is seriously one trashy assed skank. No kid should live in a mouse infested place. She has no idea what kinds of diseases these fuckers bring with them. She has a legal right to break the lease with no penalty - at least, in California she does.

I'm staying in this mice infested house because the landlord cashed the check before the stop payment went though, although it didn't appear on my bank statement online. I'm gonna get all the repairs fixed and bill the fucker. (the legal ones, anyway)
