Would Mal freak out if he found out the truth about his friend Jules, that he's the devil incarnate (literally, but not human, though)?

Which reminds me...

I hope people don't think that Trigon is so easily defeated. >>; Even by the likes of Revan/Raven... I go mostly by the comic, not the toon since the toon has to always have happy endings.

Also, please note:

Jules is not only Trigon.
He has also absorbed Neron and Lord Satanus into his being.
So, he literally is all more the devil than people would think he is.
He's literally now THE SATAN.

Reason why I am pointing this out... I can't ingore what happened in the !crack. >> It worries me. Because I know some people may think Revan can stop anything. But not this time. He can't. No matter how GOOD he is. The only one who can save Jules really is HIMSELF. That is just how the ball rolls and bounces.


Also, there are also other clones of the Titans out there.
Cindy is the Queen's pet.
The others are still under Sister Blood.
Cyber's died, unfortunately.
And Robyn and Sunfire's DNA was mixed together... >>; Which is weird. I guess she hoped to get more intelligence as well as power. And she's a girl, btw...

OH, btw... Number One Rule For Demons:

...They can't resist a summoning. That means, if someone summons them, despite how powerful they are, they WILL come! ...Though it's up to you if you wish to bargin with them or get them to do something for you.

And I just realized that Jules knows Etrigan very well. In fact, he does summon him from time to time to talk to him. He talks about different things than he does with Eddie... Well, he does talk to Eddie about them, too... It's just when it's really, really important or dire, he talks to Etrigan.

Etrigan cracks me up. He is such a sarcastic son-of-a-bitch...when he feels like being one.

It'd surprise him, maybe to the point where he'd need a while to process the information, but I think he would quickly enough move past it and try to stick by his friend.

Funny enough, I figure he went through a similar process when he found out about Alice's past selves and programming when he was younger. Poor guy's sorta getting used to the idea that his closest friends may have demons (figuratively and literally) they'll need to face which he can't fully comprehend.

Still, even if Jullian went all big bad on people and needed to be killed, for example, he'd probably only do his part in saving the world after a lot of hesitation and failed attempts at figuring out another way.

Jules has so many voices in his head, I just haven't really gotten them all to speak. And it's not psychological voices...well, not completely. More like other personalities, your demon nature, and what's good in you trying to battle back the bad in you. And then there is not only his memories, but Trigon's, too. And Neron's and Lord Satanus's...

Btw... I know Jules was not much effected by absorbing those two (personality wise), but sadly...I know Vlad has, I just feel it. It made him all the more worse! ...Without ever having to absorbed those two, Vlad would have just been like Jules, only as just his demon nature talking. He's always been there, yes. But still... *thinks* Vlad does say he's the REAL him. And it does bring out the whole Devil and Angel purched on people's shoulders. Jules is the angel, Vlad is the devil. ...And then there is Trigon.

Alice has the same problem pretty much with the Justice League not accepting her. >>;

The Justice League are a bunch of bastards. Or bitches, since this is genderbender land, and most of the members in the comics were male. lol Yeah, Mal's a little annoyed at many of their attitudes toward Alice, which I think I hinted in my first or second post when he reflected on how heroes aren't always so forgiving as they'd like to believe.

His Mom's a little more accepting by now, due to the years of having her growing up around their family through her friendship with Mallory, but continues to worry on what may happen in the future. She's actually a big part of the reason he never said anything to Alice about his crush on her when they were younger. Let's just say she didn't exactly take her son's confession of his feelings for the clone so well. Poor Mal.

But, yeah, past crushes and romantic feelings aside, Mallory loves both of his friends and, while it's not exactly something he thinks about every day, has thought about what he'd do if either of them fell to their darker sides. It's mostly the whole devil incarnate thing he'd need to wrap his mind around. lol

And by Wonderman, do you mean the GB counterpart to Wonder Woman, the original brunette Wonder Girl or the blond Wonder Girl who used to date Superboy?

And, yes, Etrigan does indeed rule. I think most people would agree about that one. hehe I also remember reading a little about the Blue Devil thing on wikipedia during one of my freshening up courses for this thread. Poor Eddie. But at least he has green skinned girls to help sleep his worries away with in this thread. *snickers*

Ah, yeah, Wonder Woman/Wonderman I could definitely see giving the cold shoulder to a person she mistrusted for whatever reason. A number of versions have been shown to have a rather black and white outlook on people and situations. Stuck up prick. lol

And I read that crack the other night. Revan steps away for a couple decades and all hell breaks loose in his family. heheh Although in Sally's case, I can sorta understand her concern about Mallory wanting to be more then friends with the clone. If Alice ever reverted to her past programming (like Superboy/Girl briefly did in the comics), then even if she didn't physically injure Mal, it would hurt him a lot more to lose the girl then if they were simply close friends.

Sally can also remember how Hex was after Match's demise, so it's natural, from a mothers perspective, to behave rather protectively of your only child when he admits to liking the newest incarnation of a cloning project with such a history of leaving those that loved them heartbroken after their tragic early demises.

Still, try explaining that to a kid who was confused as all heck about why his Mom was acting as if his liking a girl he'd been friends with for years was so frightening a development.

*snickers* Eddie and Jules past relationship both frightens and intrigues me. In a way, it sorta reminds me of in the old TMNT Adventures comics, where Raphael broke up with Ninjara and then we see Future Raph with another fox girl who, apparently, was supposed to be a descendent of Ninjara's. Or at least of the same clan, as I remember reading online. Sorta want to walk up to them and ask which generation of those respective family trees was better in bed.

EDIT: And I've sorta figured the Gods and such remained the same gender. Or at least some of them did. Funny enough, I almost played Wonder Girl/Boy in the first thread, but the whole genderbending of Gods thing confused me to the point of going with Jinx/Hex instead. I have no regrets.

yeah J'onn J'onnz is still male in this verse.. and he helped keep Alice from the worst of the prejudice against her....which while a good thing also contributes a bit to her denial and making excuses for those of the League that don't like her.

..I want to beat her with a chair.

J'onn also got to be the one she bugged the crap out of when she was little and at 'home', but the martian was a father once so he dealt with it remarkably well. XD

and aww poor Mal, go and tell your mom you've got a crush on your friend only to have her freak has to be a little bewildering.

Alice has always been a little leery of the woman herself, just because she has the feeling Sally doesn't like her too much.

It's one of the reasons she met Jules actually. She felt like she was intrudng on their lives by being around them all the time so she went to expand her social circle. Norms freaked at her superpowers or tried to use her and other kids of superheroes either didn't want to hang out with her or weren't allowed to because of their own parents' prejudices. So one thing led to another and she ended up at the estate and asked Beast Girl if she could play with her son.

Yes, I remember those Archie Comics. And Yes, I remember when Raph broke up with Ninjara and the later on in the future was with another fox girl, a descendent. ...I was like "WTF?". The Archie Comics were fucked up in my opinion. lol ...Though I fell in love with Slash (the turtle) in the comics. There are so many versions of him nowadays. *sigh* But like Mirage always does, they get rid of their characters or make new ones. At least the Shredder and the Utroms survived (and Leather Head...and a few others). .....I've always liked Raph with Mona, to be honest. >>
