Good read suggestion here...

While looking through some of nerve.com's archived personal essays, I stumbled across this little treat. Given by the fact that there's numerous threads on "bicuriosity", I'm sure this will be an interesting read for many of you. It's about a straight man's fascination with "the other side".

Don't worry fellas, you're not alone. Enjoy!

Here's The Link!

thanks for the article, I remember reading it before. And it can be confusing to determine your sexuality especially if you are attracted to women and cock and not men. For me the attraction to men is only to their cock visually but, with my former j/o buddy who had a small smooth body I learned that it can be really fun to hold a man and enjoy his whole body but, if I saw in the street I would not get turned on by him. Man it really sucks sometime to have these feelings becuase, I don't know were to find a guy and do things with and feels like I am dying inside not being able to express these feelings.

its a pity we just cant have sex with whoever we want with out being labeled

labels

For me its not so much the label like the guy in the article I would love to just suck a bunch of dick but, I don't like the whole dl hookup thing but, on the other hand I don't really want a bf, or I just don't see guys in that kind of way.

...or thrown in jail for that matter.

But no, seriously...

Labeling and condemning homo/bisexuality is an important part of keeping order in society. According to Alfred Kinsey's numbers, every high-school locker room world-wide would turn into a Roman-style gay orgy before and after P.E. class... If we didn't tell everyone that being gay was gross, awful, sinful, and so on; hundreds of thousands of teachers everywhere at any given time would be out of a job because they would be to busy trying to break up dozens of sexually-charged teenage boys in heat instead of having class. If that happened, we wouldn't be able to teach our children the importance of physical activity and the obesity rate would skyrocket.

This doesn't even begin to consider the huge impact from other public venues that a label-free society would have. Every gym, public bathroom, office building, department store, etc. - all of them just huge orgies everywhere. The athletes for any professional sports team would never make it out of the locker rooms. Ticket sales would plummet.

More job losses, a worsening economy, and increasing obesity rates... that's what would happen if being gay was ok.

I have to disagree with Kinsey on this one. Someday (unless we all kill each other or get bombarded by asteroids) society will be evolved enough to fully embrace every 'label' of sexuality. Every generation is more comfortable with homo/bisexuality, just as every generation is less racist than the last. As the world gets smaller, people become more open-minded.

I really don't see how that would lead to everybody balling their brains out in public.

I'm sorry........but what?

So being gay or bisexual and it being openly accepted in society means that you become completely indiscriminate about who you fuck, totally devoid of any kind of self control and abandon any sense of public decency?

I've never read Kinsey but come on-societies norms and social functioning is governed by more than the oppression of sexual minorities or majorities for that matter.

Just because I'm bi doesn't mean I will just fuck anyone anywhere with complete disregard for anyone else and I don't think it makes me any more likely to have group sex than anyone else regardless of their sexuality and I resent the implication

I wasn't implying anything, and I'm sorry you took offense. Fact is, I thought it was overly sarcastic enough that everyone would understand I am undermining those who condemn homo/bisexuality for no reason other than they think it's what society wants them to do. This is despite the fact that they may very well have feelings towards the same sex themselves; but what's so-called "normal" in society has an efficient way of suppressing any deviation to the norm. Obviously this is an extreme example... even a borderline joke. I apologize for offending anyone, but realize I started this thread because there are so many of us out there who feel alienated by our sexuality. If we don't - even just a little bit - then we are keeping secrets we wish we didn't have to, and we are not alone.

What Kinsey's research shows, in short, is that a vast majority of people have at least some inclination of sexual interest in the same sex. While many will never act upon these feelings, the thoughts are there by and large. Obviously everyone would not be balling each others' brains out, but the moral of my ramble (which was simply for shock value) is that if it was more socially acceptable for people to express their sexuality, we would find that there are a lot of us out there who have feelings towards the same sex that they would otherwise never dare speak of... let alone act upon.

I get what you're saying. And I agree, it's definitely a bummer not being able to tell people that I enjoy doing something just because it's considered 'out of the norm'. I won't even tell people that I know are cool with it out of fear they'll tell people that aren't. Pretty stupid really.

I can SO relate to what you guys are saying!!! I LOVE women! I LOVE everything about them. The way they look, the way they think and act, the way they feel and smell and taste. But I also have this fascination with sucking cocks. I feel no attraction to men, I have zero desire to kiss or cuddle with men. I'm only attracted to their erect dicks! I LOVE the feeling of a thick cock sliding in and out of my throat. I LOVE the sensation of a cock pulsating and finally exploding in my mouth. I especially love the taste and texture of semen. So to answer your question, no I'm not confused, I'm just a straight cocksucker!!!!!
