S/he so did not.

Erin won this one just by keeping her nose to the grindstone and posting stories after Fredericka posted her Swan Song. Fredericka was ahead until then. And even with the points he/she/it claimed to have, Erin would have won it. It was just Erin racking up the points after the Drama Queen's farewell (which turned out to be nothing since s/he's still around) that got Erin first. Period.

But you know that as well as everyone else. You just like to spout.

I agree 100% with this. Freddie set himself up for a loss when he posted his last story five days before the contest ended when he was clearly ahead.

Now we'll hear whining for another year about how he was cheated out of the contest because no one likes him.

He lost by a mere fourteen points. With all the stories he claimed he had already written and ready to go for this year's contest, surely he coulda posted enough to pull out a win. But instead, he posted his last story and allowed the win to go to someone else so we can hear again how he was cheated.

Oh well, he can whine all he wants, it's plain as day why he placed second this year instead of first.

In any case, congrats to ALL the winners and participants. Job well done.
