Use the "Grandma" technique = "A pinch of this" "a smidge of that" and the rest of those kind of terms. If it ends up tasting like crap they will think they screwed up the amounts!

bwahaha , now that could be interesting to have them try. Its english sausage seasoning though. And there is enough in each pack to make either 10 or 20 lb of sausage and I don't know the amount of rusk to tell them to add.
Though I guess they could add it little by little and fry off a little ball of seasoned pork to check the taste if it comes down to it.

Rattled. I just damn near got into an accident.
Some idiot didn't realize that it's prudent to drive more slowly when the roads are bad. He had a red light, was going way too fucking fast and shot out into the intersection while starting to spin.
I either have amazing premonition or a guardian angel, cause somehow I saw it coming and braked just in time (I was going way slow anyway). I started spinning too, got to about 90 degrees, and the other car missed me by centimeters.
My heart rate is still through the roof. I need a drink.
