Obama's first appointment is the man who famously said, "Fuck the Republicans!"

Well, the unity speeches ended even quicker than I expected.

The way Obama is going to bring us altogether just makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

For many Obama partisans, unity is nowhere to be seen. Even those who hate George Bush should admire his determination to seamlessly transfer power to President-elect Obama.

Contrast this presidential transition with that of the 2000 election, when Clinton administration staffers disabled computers, removed “W”s from keyboards, vandalized staff workrooms and refused to assist incoming staff employees.

Pranks and vandalism meant to inconvenience rival college fraternities is one thing, but activities that damage public property and could actually cripple the incoming staff’s ability to do the peoples business is inexcusable.

The outgoing Texas team has already demonstrated a great deal more class than the Arkansas chicken-chokers who preceded them.

It is not a good sign to learn that Clinton advisor Rahm Emanuel was asked to be President-elect Barack Obama’s Chief-of-Staff.

For those familiar with staff management, the Chief-of-Staff sets the tone for the entire staff team.

Mr. Emanuel is not known as a unifier.

Emanuel is actually known as a centrist (he helped engineer NAFTA, which is opposed by left wingers) and because of his connections with Congress, a guy who can get things done. He has been called a "pragmatic dealmaker" and is a notorious hard ass. Given that the Chief of Staff "keeps the trains moving" this seems like a pretty logical choice.

Trivial as it is, Rahm's brother Ari is the model for Ari Gold on Entourage. So hug it out bitches! and save your complaining for when Obama actually screws something up. Because yes, he will screw a few things up. Then you can all be happy about it, which is a shame.

And btw, please stop complaining about Jews and Black people. You give white people a bad name. And YOU are part of the problem.
