You doing the beer brat thing?
Get a couple of fat, fresh onions and slice them so they form rings. Separate the onions into rings and put them in a big container with enough beer to cover the onions and brats and let them soak for at least an hour.

Pour the coals in the grill and my special tool I use to spread the coals evenly is one of my old golf clubs. Just a sweet tip for some of you that way you will not burn your hands. ;)

Applesauce Spice Cake Recipe
4 1/2 cups Flour
3 cups Applesauce
2 cups Raisins
2 cups Chopped nuts
2 cups Sugar
1 oz Unsweetened chocolate, grated
2 tsp Baking soda
1 cup Corn oil
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Allspice
1/4 tsp Ground cloves
1/2 tsp Salt

Oven Temp ~ 350° Baking Time ~ 1 Hour & 10 Min.
