I'm going to be in Boston next weekend - anybody live in the area-ish and interested in meeting for coffee?

You need to visit the Knoxville-Chattanooga-Nashville area.![]()
Damn I wish!
Is that Boston, England???
Ok, I'm just hoping now.. Lol.. Have a wonderful time there though and congrats on getting the trip sorted so you can go![]()

You need to come to KS or Oklahoma City, Ms. Mouse.
BTW...miss you...
Just come on out and say it...if she comes to visit you, she should bring an extra pair of undies.damn - no chance in hell I could be there, but I sure would like to meet a fancier of fine vintage lace as yourself...

Haha, glad I'm not the only one who thought that
You near Boston Nax?
To be honest... I was just joking.... I knew she was going to MA... Unfortunate really.. (although not for her, I bet she is verrrrry excited)
As for me... Not near Boston either.
I JUST now realized where you are. Good GOD, mister. I WENT to the '82 world's fair.
Oddly enough, I did too.
Everyone keeps telling me the T really is that good, but I'm still feeling a bit lost on the whole public transportation all over the city thing...![]()
I'm currently overwhelmed with 3 cats, 8 kids, and eleventy-million pieces of Halloween candy, but I did want to pop back in and say hi, and Syd I'll PM you sometime this weekend so we can figure out something.

It works, Ms. Mouse, it really does. If you can read a map you can get to almost anywhere in Boston from almost anywhere else just by getting onto a T. Much of what you're interested is all on the Green line anyway, so after a trip or two you'll have it down. Have your coffee with Syd early in your stay and I'm sure she can give you the really pertinent details before you get through the foam on your latté.
Maps and directions and I? We are not so much the friends. (In other words, I am spectacularly good at getting lost.)
