Anybody else have this PC game? I've only purchased the creature creator starter kit ($10 at Wal-Mart), but I've been having a lot of freakin' fun with it. Not a bad diversion when the muse isn't exactly cooperating.

It's a blast. I'll be honest, aside from just being a cool game, I purchased it with the intention of creating some creatures for a sci-fi world I'm making.

I got this for my kids and then didn't let the play it after I 'tested' it. Thoroughly addictive.

One of my co-workers tells me the online aspects of the game are laden with cock-monsters and hundreds of people have had their creations deleted.

Why am I not surprised? The SO asked me the other day if I could add genitals to one of my creatures. :p

I have spore for the ds... Not sure on the differences.

I can only imagine that the PC version has more creation options, but I may be wrong.

Plus, it's fun to take them for a test drive after putting all the parts together. :p

DS has online play too but i have yet to sort my wifi out as it won't work with mine :(

But I imagine its a much lesser version.

I adore Spore (and its so bloody handy when the WoW servers are down) but having heard similar stories about the online stuff I'm avoiding it. There's plenty to do offline.
