Hypnotism in the clasroom? Does anyone know?

There was a story about a teachers friend who hypnotizes his whole class. They then make all the girl lift the skirts and show their panties. They ask who was on the pill and have sex with them, and make the otehr give blow jobs and such. I remember one of the girls had the stereotypical blue panties.
