Tymeless has convinced me that I should be attempting to start up a crazy RP based on this anime/Manga title. I've already seen one happen, so I know that it is indeed possible, but even if I hadn't seen one happen, I would still know that it was possible. Why? Because the anime is like 15 minutes of fanservice and 7 minutes of plot every time it comes up.
That being said, this is going to be plot heavy because I've found recently that the way for a game like this one to survive requires a certain balance. Without enough plot, it becomes a never ending ring of sex, which becomes tedious and boring, and difficult to write. Without enough sex people go, "Wait...why is this in the SRP section? I didn't sign up for a clean and empty thing like this."
Now, this anime will require previous knowledge of the series in some way. If you're having trouble finding the anime for your super fanservice, I suggest picking up the manga (which contains considerably less fanservice, and a little bit more plot. There are arguments over which is superior between fans of the series).
I would try to catch people up on the happenings of the 13 episode lone season 1 of Rosario + Vampire, but really, I think it is important that people watch it, especially since sometimes people notice things that I don't. It also means that I don't feel like I'm dropping spoilers every time I talk. If you want the very, very basic plot outline for this one...I suppose that's the least I can do for you, after all, it's written on the backs of the manga and on pretty much every page that you could possibly download it from, as well as wikipedia (though I think Wikipedia goes into a great amount more detail than I'm going to go into right now).
Our story follows our Hero Tsukune who attends Youkai Academy because he pretty much fails at life and didn't pass his entrance exams to get into any highschool (We'll of course make it happen later so it's a College thing so that everyone is of an appropriate age to be appearing in SRP). Tsukune realizes once he gets to the Academy it is a really frightening place where he doesn't quite fit in, and really, he isn't sure why. He is walking through the forest towards the Academy when he is struck by a beautiful pink (in the manga I believe they mentioned brown actually, which is a bit strange since her hair is pink on the cover.) haired girl who is riding a bike. The result is a catastrophic crash, where the worst injuries seem to be a little scratch on Tsukune's cheek. The girl sniffs at him, and then suddenly licks his cheek, an interesting and obviously incredibly attractive concept for our hero who fails at life. She then reveals that she is a dreaded vampire. As things continue Tsukune is brought to the realization that his entire school is populated by monsters and he is the only human.
Now, an important thing to note is that in season one that had 13 episodes, the students spent maybe 15 minutes of screen time in class. That being said, if you are joining this RP to do naughty things in the classroom you are joining the wrong RP, because I hate the monotony of class, and this series really doesn't support it.
The other thing to note is that there is an EXTREMELY HIGH female to male ratio in this series. I mean there are like 2 males that are important enough that I remember their names, and there is maybe one other male that makes usual appearances. On the flip side there are something like 6 or 7 females if we include things that happen in season 2, so that is like 3:1 (2:1 is the best I think we can stretch it). This means that if we have a player dedicated to every single role it means that I'm probably going to upset females for having characters not fall in love with them. That being said my suggestion is really more along the lines to have the number of players equal out so there is a 1:1 ratio of that, but have the females play more than one character *winces* I know...not a happy prospect...for some people...ah...*cowers in fear due to the threat of many peltings* Really, I just think that's the best way to make sure that everyone ends up happy and no one ends up feeling like I have for the past week where somehow, in all of the threads that I'm part of (including one that I'm actually running) I end up playing characters who no one else wants to be romantic with. This way everyone gets what they really want, and no one feels like crying emo tears and quitting.

Time for an introduction of the characters.
Tsukune Aono - Played by Bluemage - Our hero. He pretty much fails at life and then ends up at the school for monsters. He runs around pretty chaotically for the first half of season 1 as he gets used to the idea of a school of monsters, but for some reason all of the monster girls really seem to like him, usually because he smells like a human (wonder why...) He usually ends up in compromising situations...
Moka Akashiya - Played by Tymeless - The female lead. She is a caring, sweet, and loving vampire girl, who after ingesting Tsukane's blood becomes addicted and spends most of the rest of the series feeding off of him. When the Rosario on her chest is removed it reveals the true strength of the S Class Monster Vampire, and her personality changes to match. She becomes more cold and and arrogant and usually as soon as the Rosario comes off it's straight to business.
Kurumu Kurono - Played by ____ - A succubus and one of Moka's many romantic rivals in the quest to win Tsukune's heart. Initially she is simply incredibly jealous of Moka's popularity, but as she realizes that Tsukune really is a nice guy, she decides that she wants to make him her mate. She joins the newspaper club to spend time with the rest of the group and becomes fast friends with everyone. All you have to watch out for is to make sure that she doesn't kiss Tsukune and make him her eternal love slave.
Mizore Shirayuki - Played by Akira_Jubei - A snow woman (Yuki onna) who is a bit shy, and turns into a bit of a stalker girl. She likes the way that Tsukune writes articles in the Yokai Academy newspaper and as a result chases him a little bit, and becomes jealous of Moka early on, a feeling that soon seems to subside. She has trouble fitting in early on, but thanks to Tsukune and everyone else's help she gets over it and starts to make friends with the rest of the group. Her attempts to win over Tsukune are less involved than Kurumu's but she doesn't seem ready to give up just yet.
Ginei "Gin" Morioka - Played by ____ - A werewolf, peeping tom, and president of the newspaper club, Gin initially is jealous of Tsukune and Moka and their relationship. His jealousy soon fades as he moves onto peeping at other ladies, including and not limited to Kurumu. His werewolf abilities give him incredible speed, but really it only lasts as long as there is a full moon. He is playful and funny most of the time, but when the occasion calls for it he can be serious as a heart attack.
And if I skip the witch plot, because Yukari Sendo is going to be too young for SRP no matter what I do, that means I don't have to introduce her, or Ruby (though, I have to admit, I'm a bit sad that there will be no Ruby). Now, I could still introduce the Neko teacher, the new character from season two (which because I didn't tell people to watch season two, I'm not sure that anyone other than me and Tymeless is going to know about), or something like that (you can see how the female to male ratio could be INCREDIBLY HIGH), but really, right now the ratio isn't that bad, and might even be doable without having to introduce a whole lot of other characters.
In the event that someone wants to play one of the witch characters (like I said, it would be ever so nice if you knew the plot and knew the characters of which I speak) or the neko teacher, or even the new character from season two, all you have to do is tell me and I'll figure something out.
Now, onto the INSANE plot for this game (because I figure the plot needs to be insane to keep everything going)
Because Tymeless and I have MSN and talk to each other all the time, and she convinced me that I should start this game, we are probably going to work together to create the conflicts to make everything interesting (which means both of us will be playing NPC monsters that try to cause trouple and that people have to beat up), We have a pretty good idea set up that bad things start happening and someone bad is behind it, but we really haven't quite narrowed it down to what exactly is happening yet. I'm going to have to bounce a few more ideas off of her before we start.
If you HAVEN'T exposed yourself to this series and need to find some pictures to decide who you want to be...well...you are in luck because I just happen to have pictures, but this post is now going to be so super long, I'm not sure I want to include them here, so just talk to me and I'll do what I can.
