Sure, you can buy that sort of stuff in some sex shops, but the price mark up is extraordinary.

Items such as collars, leashes, bowls and dog beds are easily purchased in a pet store. They are authentic and cheaper than sex shops.

You can get a variety of tails as well as puppy/dog tails - pony, pig, fox, cat etc. I searched for some puppy/dog tails and found several. I am not sure if I am allowed to post links so didn't.

puppy play has been a HUGE turn on for me for awhile and i don't remember the last time i have cum without thinking about it to one degree or another. Have not done much of it in RL. i am very shy about letting go in a role in front of another person. i have worn collars and leashes and chewed toys and even barked when asked to but i have not gone into "puppy space" per se (whatever that is)...

Its not the "puppy space" itself i seek.... It is the level of Domination that would be required to get me there. Thinking about it in terms of puppy play just gives a way to think about it. If His kink was something else but just required that degree of mental surrender i am sure it would have the same effect.

It's going to depend a little on what he likes. Does he want something fancier? A collar you can wear out in public like a necklace, or something that is obviously for his pet? Maybe one of each?

Also, maybe look into having a dog tag made up with your name (whatever he calls you) engraved on it. That might be difficult, but if you buy a blank tag you can always try to engrave it yourself; the metal should be fairly malleable. You can put the same name on your food dish. Stencils and spray paint should work fine for that.

You don't need tails and ears. Outside is easy to change.

Do the inside.

Pick the animal that best represents you (either you're a cat person or a dog person) and go with that.

Practice in private. Not as if you're trying for a part. But in very small increments. For a period of, say, 15 to 20 seconds. And then drop it. See what feels best.

There are many ways to get into that pet headspace. If you have a dog or cat of your own, watch them, play with them on their level, look at the world through their eyes...

And depending on where you are, Petco and Petsmart for the collars, leashes, bowls, cages, etc. For a cage, tell'em you need it it for a big Rotweiller or a Newfoundland...

I love going to petsmart and looking at the collars. I've tried some on from time to time as well, what can I say? I'm an attention whore that doesn't mind freaking people out.

My tag I got at walmart. They have an engraving machine that's off on it's own so I could put what ever I wanted on it with out having to tell a clerk. My first one said "slut property of Jounar" but it wasn't very practial for wearing around (I do wear a leather dog collar out and about but that was a bit much even for me). the one I wear now says "If found please return to Ireland". We're both very fond of the new one.

I don't get into the role play so much, but I do have a foxtail plug. I got it from extremerestraints.com . I love the way it feels when the tail brushes my thighs. I do have a pet mode, but it's not so much an animal, and I don't do a lot of puppy play stuff. It's not so much about getting off for me as it is an excape. I'm not really responcible for a lot while I'm in pet mode. If I do as I'm told, then I'll get spoiled rotten. That's pretty much all that matters.

Daddy put a pink collar and leash from a pet store on me last time i saw him and matching cat collars on my wrists. They have sparkles on them. The tag says "baby pussy Jessica" with his phone number. He sleeps with the leash looped around his arm so i have to wake him up if i need to go potty.

I took my pet to a animal food and other necessities shop, Jose was only allowed to wear a very thin sheer and short dress. The female shop owner was very helpful with outfitting my pet even locked her dog training collar on. Must have been lucky so I told my pet to bend over and eat a dogy biscuit from the bin. The owner petted her bum firmly and suggested we included a riding crop when my master said isn't that to severe he let her lift my skirt for other customers to see. And spank me there and than. It has improved our relationship enormously.
