My sister is watching a very interesting episode of My Friends Tigger and Pooh.

It's talking about Eeyore's sadness, and how for no logical reason he is sad, and how he doesnt feel motivated to do anything, and such. What an example of depression.

I'm just thinking about how i could apply the whole eeyore concept to The Depression and Anxiety group i am set to be taking over in a couple of weeks.

It might be a little juvenile a concept, but its an interesting approach nonetheless.
