'tis true indeed!

Have fun tomorrow Chunu. We'll be waiting for your photos!
Do be careful of the sun - seriously! I don't know anyone (Australian) over 50 who hasn't had a skin cancer cut off. One of the guys at work is only 38 and he's had 16 melanomas cut out. He's lucky that his girlfriend is very good at checking them.

i had the very same done week before last. and that was after being back in pommyland for the last 25 years!

...well, there was the occasional excursion to the middle east, but...

aargh am getting myself lost in the louvre website - drowning in great, and not so great, art :D

Ouchies! I hope they got it all and managed to keep the scar small and neat. (some doctors should not be allowed to use a scalpel)

...as opposed to most of the other people on Lit who are drowning in great and not-so-great porn. :D

A scar, sure...but not a giant HOLE like some of the ones I've seen. *shudders* Thank goodness for anaesthetics!
That's even hotter than your last one....but please move the camera more to the right
Nothing to see - I was in bed with the sheets covering me.

Far far tooo much sugar and caffiene this morning! Beta test was fun, but laggy. Now I have to go and try to burn off all the junk that I've been stuffing into my face. New games + sugar = happy, hyper me.

so the beta test didn't crash within a minute, nice :D

Okay it's not in October, but I am heading north! Will be in Brisbane from the 28th November until the 1st Dec if things go to plan.

Ugh skincancers - I try to stay out of the sun as much as possible because I burn so so fast.

I'm over the big 50 & spent almost all my youth ut doors with summer down at the beach from early morning to late, late arvo, was brown as a berry & no sun block although un like the girls coated in baby oil or coconut oil to burn, I had nothing, not one skin cancer (yet fingers crossed). I do get checked often.

Reminder: Nostress broke his dick.

Hey Orlanth, BANDIT:heart: & I had an enjoyable night with LB here in Sydney She stayed near China Town so we had a great Chinese feed before heading off for a drink, you & broken dick were talked about.:D don't worry it was all good.

Isn't it weird how when you think you are over something traumatic, the silliest thing can set you off and bring back some horrible fears.

Just from having to talk to my ex on Friday night on the phone and I had a nightmare with him in the starring role that very night and have been really unsettled ever since.

Poor Rasher got the "Quick talk to me, get his voice out of my head" demand when I got off the phone.

*Shudders* I thought I was pretty much all healed but now I wonder if I ever will be.

I'm lucky Rasher understands and doesn't think I'm a raving loonie!

You're not a loony at all! I've been there too...and I'm sure a lot of others here have too. It's good to hear that Rasher is doing his job and helping you though it.

Thankyou Pert. :rose:

On a happier note - I'm running around facebook causing havoc! (Well not really but hey I'm amusing myself) What are you up to tonight?

Ahh! Another facebook person! I think we must all be on there!

Tonight for me : Tim Tams, lemonade, finances and then games.
I'm trying to unwind from having coffee with a friend who is planning a 6 month tour in Europe before going to Canada for two years. Her parents are funding a lot of it - she's not got that much saved. I hope she finds a job soon after she gets to Canada.
