The law is the law, regardless of the alleged molestor's age. What's more, I find this even more disturbing because her alleged victim was mentally handicapped. The weak and vulnerable are the ones who most need to be protected by preditors and a society can be judged by how well they are protected. Just because the victim's family wanted to spare him or themselves the pain of having to testify does not make this woman innocent.
