"Forsaken"
2006, Pastel on paper
(Signature swirled out)

"My first time working with pastels seriously. I've scribbled with them before, but never actually done a drawing. I like how it turned out =D

Was actually drawn from a model who was in her late 90's if not past 100. I modified it a lot and made her a lot younger.

Took me about an hour and a half for the whole thing, which I can't remember the exact dimensions, but it's probably about 2.5 feet by 2 feet or so.

I had to cut a bit off because of the angle I took the picture at =("

Fantastic photos! I love your eye for color as well as imagery; you are very talented...I want more, I want more!

Generally I prefer photographs, but this time I prefered the pastel. The image sparked an emotional reaction. But the photographs did not. I think it was because the words were clearly there, but unreadable. So they were a bright color, but did not convey a message.

That top shot has possibilities (So I'm clear, the one with the heart on it).

If you're expecting pure critique here? You tits are fantastic in that AV shot that has nothing to do with your art...

Your art sucks. What are you trying to say with it?

Don't sell your tits.

The pastel shows potential -- especially if that's your first effort in the medium. Do you have anything more recent? (Or anything in related media such as charcoal or crayon?)

The cupcake looks like it's ready for a Hallmark card -- not art, but very good technical work.

The photos don't seem to me to work individually, but as part of a larger series they may well add up to something. Putting text in a piece of visual art is always dangerous -- it makes the viewer want to read instead of see.
