Ouch! I hate having to do that.
I had a similar day....DumbAss is still hassling me. After the third email today (I haven't replied to him in months, I just delete them and ignore him) I told him to STOP. He laughed and said "until tomorrow". I said I was serious - he has to stop...he changed the subject.
Makes me SO angry because I know if I complain to HR then it will make ME look bad.

Doesn't what he's doing come under the heading of sexual harrassment? Instead of deleting the emails, keep them - especially those which are "suggestive"....pass them on to HR....if he keeps sending them the sheer volume of emails should give them a clue that he's being a pest. If you reply, keep those too - it's a record that you're trying to get him to leave you alone.

PERT, there is an outside org that handles these types of complaints that employees can go to if in fear of not getting a fair hearing or being victimised for putting the complaint in this way the HR will have to act.
