For me it took a good 10 min before the system realized I was now allowed to have an avatar. You'll go to your "user cp" and on the top left, you'll suddenly see a choice appear that says "edit avatar." then you can upload your cool pic. I can't wait to see what you pic!

i'm still waiting for an avatar edit function to show up.

I couldn't get any newer to these boards and have no experience of BDSM yet. I am here to hopefully get some help and guidence from more experienced people on this life. I have been interested mainly in the past year but am here to gther more knowledge first and maybe participate online (if there is such a thing) before going out in real life. I am 21 y/o straight male and from England.

If you're just looking for information, you might try the BDSM library. I've said it before, but it's worth saying it again... @}-}rebecca---- , our current Librarian, is revamping it...and doing a nice job of it.

It's a nice place to just sit and read threads that have been compiled on the topics that strike your fancy. And, while you're not gathering what you want from that, you can also post in this forum and in the cafe, to help you get to know us, and for us to get to know you.

There are quite a few regulars who are from the UK. You must be a kinky bunch over there. I'm sure you might even find someone near you, that you could maybe get together and well...whatever.

Anyway, check out the library. I think it's worth your time.
