Can anyone point to some good vamp lit stories here...it would be greatly appreciated. Recently by happenstance (or is it happenchance) to have wathced the original silent Nosferatu and the Gary Oldman Dracula within a week of each other, so the midset is there.

Is the Hunger with David Bowie on DVD? Man o man now there was a vampire flick.

Cant help you with the vamp lit stories on here but I would love to read some of those as well. I love vampire movies.

And to answer your second question yes The Hunger is on DVD, in fact I just watched it a couple of nights ago. Great movie!!!!

Funny thing is I dont consider myself a vampire afficianado, just something about the atmosphere of the Gravesend docks of London, 1880, the fog rolls in off the channel...

Cant help you with the vamp lit stories on here but I would love to read some of those as well. I love vampire movies.

The historian is a enjoyable update of the Stoker story. Nicely written and quite gothic.
