Soooo on my list of things to do! One of my biggest fantasies involves puppy play. i have done a little RT leash and collar and was fun. Definitely want more of that.

i also LOVE to be talked about as if i am not there or as if i am just a thing. Seems like that fits well with pet play.

I have been known to indulge in "pet play" in the past. Mostly puppy play. There is the obvious fun of leash/collar and crating. More fun, for me, was obedience/trick training. You know, sit, stay, down, heel, speak, beg, etc etc. You'd think training humans to do these things would be easier than an actual dog but not necessarily. A human may understand words but they also understand arguing/shame/embarrassment. Dogs just obey the pack leader

Fun stuff but the "puppy" mentality got frustrating for me after while. Very needy. I like a bit of independence. An ornery spunk. Not to say that could not be found in a puppy/pet -- it was just not found in my experience. I am happy with my bunny and do not miss the puppy play. Besides, bunnies can be leashed too!

Heh. I just call my boy a bunny. He twitches his nose -- it is just a term of endearment.

Although... There is also a deeper insight to me calling him my bunny. I associate with a larger predator and as such I see my bunny as prey. You can imagine the pouncing attacks, bites, scratches, and general devouring of my bunny boy.

Being a bunny is his nature... it is comfortable for him and just does not cause much blushing. A shame, but I know other things to make him blush so it is alright

Having him hop like a bunny is fun. Having him dress like a bunny is better. He has bunny ears already. What I want to get him is the bunny tail. Except they all seem to be made of fox fur which I am not terribly comfortable about buying. Oh, and of course, watching him eat like a bunny is amusing. Lil bunny nibbles on veg Almost as fun as watching someone eat out of a dog bowl during "puppy play".

I'm a pony. We have not done a lot of pony play yet, thus far it has just been gently exploring the pony and handler sides of ourselves. A lot of grooming, trying out tack, etc. I like this pace, it feels comfortable for me as pony is something I am very shy and protective of.

Yes I had a puppy for a year or so, he was a boyfriend of mine who I so badly wanted to Dom me. And I tried to teach him and just could not get across to him the meaning of it all.

So it was decided that I would show him and so I took him as my puppy.

I used to play with a kitty. He was soft and sweet but had a feral side. What worked best for him was if his partner was viewed as a larger predator. He could feel safe, protected, but also realize the bigger animal could eat him Still viewed himself as something of a pet. Very interesting dynamic. Cats can be submissive but they always have their claws.
