It is my understanding that being able to have erections depends on the age at castration. Done at a young age (pre-pubescent) then probably not but later in life then yeah, he could still get erect to an extent. And enjoy the sensations... but no traditional orgasm. Very much like any other animal that has been castrated -- that is why people get dogs "fixed" as puppies because if you wait too long they will still have arousal and hump things periodically.

Naturally, I could be wrong. I am just basing this on something I remember reading years ago.
