Those are easily attainable. Lip venom, for one. That stuff is awesome. Corsets are also great. Lately, I haven't worked out for a while and I was staying with my mom. Her cooking pretty much consists of heavy cream, cheese, etc... holy cows. I'm losing my waist line. Anyway, it's easy to accentuate assets and/or hide flaws in photos. Photoshop helps, too, with coloring, shading, and general artsiness.
