What do you do during your down time?

Do you have a hobby or a past time or something to keep you occupied?

Right now I'm working on a quilt for our youngest. It's the last one I need to make and then I'm going to make some for either charity or to sell or maybe both.

Here's the pieces so far of what I'm working on. It doesn't look like much now but it will hopefully soon.

I usd to work on cars as a hobby, but it's simply too expensive with my salary now.

I've been trying to get back into sports (such as raquetball, basketball), in order to keep active.

I jog 1.5 miles every other day, and walk 1.5 miles.

I still write on occasion, I've been working on a sci-fi novel since I was 14.

I try to keep busy.

Hehe I have friends in England who are getting married in september AND are big Dr Who fans.. so I'm crocheting them a dalek. And I have a friend who is insanely fond of HP Lovecraft. He's currently in Iraq, but I'm making him a Cthulu for when he comes home

It's funny that I can have these great visions in my mind, but I can't draw them, only writing them on a piece of paper.

Tried drawing, I found that I was very good at drawing stick figures.

I can copy images and once (note: just once) did a free drawing from my head that wasn't too bad.

Oh yeah I bake too. I try not to do it too often though. If I make it then I have to eat and my family isn't that big on sweets.
