Yick. I dunno, neat idea but the look of the skin is unappealing to me. Looks sort of grey.

Wouldn't it scar like regular branding? It doesn't look as if it would be deep enough to leave a permanent scar tho.

Interesting concept, not one that I would be interested in personally. Just imagine the intricate designs that could be done with absolute precision!! Imagine what a mess it would be if the machine failed to perform correctly and got hung up and then the pattern was out of alignment.
