Bozo the Clown dead at 83

Their was REALLY a bozo the clown? I thought that was something made up for Garfield.

Clowns can be scary things to kids. My nephew was terrified of them. And I never liked them much either.

this is one of my first memories of TV

I remember watching bozo the clown on morning cartoons, I saw him in several costumes and hairstyles...

I guess that's why it makes sence he wasn't one guy, or played by only one guy...

Bonkers!. Well, rip bozo.

Why do famous people die in clumps? George Carlin and now Bozo... what's the world comming to?

*really is sad George died.and is suprised by Bozo...I guess everyone dies but... its so unexpected when you forget about someone and then the only memory you get is their death.*

He looked to have been copied by Stephen King's clown.

Clowns are cool. Favorite part of the circus. Hands down. Inspired me to buy the VW Beetle.
(lol)

Hmm..well as I said for Tim Russert and I'll say it for Bozo.

Don't be bummed. Mourning's not for the dead. They could care less. As W had mentioned, had he not died you'd not have thought of him anyway.

This brings up an interesting thread hijack tho. ( as if a bozo thread would go very far without a good hijack ) **no offense meant KC ***

But....if you had to pick three stars....who would you really feel a personal loss for if they died tomorrow??

My 3 are:

1.) Leslie Neilson (he's always been there in movies I liked growing up)
2.) Christopher Walkin (because he's funny as hell)
3.) Adam West (met him as a kid. again, part of my childhood.)
