I'm surprised that you guys didn't ask the real stupid questions that were asked of me today by the idiot dog owner. Like, why did we shoot that dog (because it could have been fucking RABID and it came closest to my wife and kid moreso than my client and I). Oh and do you guys know who USAA is? Have you googled it yet? LOL.

Well I wouldn't trust the guy with my life or anything. He just comes across as a rational and intelligent person. I've read enough of his posts to sense that in him and we have had mild mannered banter back and forth in some threads. If he says he's seen a police report from La Jacqueline, then I'm likely to take his word for it.

Not that I saw. The thing acted rabid, but I didn't wait to see if it was frothing. Dobermans leap for your throat. We have had a few stray dogs come through here routinely, and the ones with tags sometimes have been found to have come from as far off as Folsom. Some of these strays have bitten kids on their property or even mauled/killed cats.

Do you always conduct business in such a professional setting? You and the client I understand. The presence of your wife, your kid, a stray dog and your gun? Not so much.

Then the cops get there in time for lemonade and they laugh at discharging a firearm, animal cruelty and assault with the intent to cause bodily harm (yes I read where the guy touched LT first).

Hmmmm....rural area? cops? discharging a firearm? What am I missing here? I'm in a rural area, the only cops we ever see is the sheriff and only when he's called out, and I constantly hear firearms being discharged. We don't sweat the small shit.
