I roast marshmallows on parchment paper in my convection oven. 450 for about 10 mins, they even get toasty on the outside and brown. Then you can make s'mores the usual way.

They actually have crackers for making smores that have the chocolate as part of them so you don't have to have the extra chocolate slices. It simplifies things.

Never tried it in the oven, but it looks like it would work.

Ours weren't that big.

The marshmallow melts, the chocolate melts, the whole thing winds up being fairly thin.

Yummy gooey goodness.

Sounds disgustingly good - I'm going to have to find a substitute for graham crackers and give this a go, looks like a wonderful cold winter evening's treat.

I just replicate that feeling by living in an aluminium sided caravan in one of the colder parts of Oz.
