I saw a Brinks home security system commercial.

They show this scene where someone tries to break into a house but gets scared off by the alarm. Then some guy calls the house from Brinks and send police out.

Then they show a shot of a home with the Brinks logo placard in a window...

So I was thinking.. if this placard warns would be thieves that the home has a security system and they leave this home alone.

What kind of placard should they put in the homes of Doms? You know, to warn would be bad guys of the kind of nightmare they might be walking into.

Like this. "Warning: This home is protected by a sadistic rapist skilled in the use of whips, restraints and pointy things"

That might stop a robber.

How 'bout 'this house is protected by smith and wesson'. Or 'this house is protected by whips and chains'.

Beware of sadist.

Etc.

See robber sneak into house.

See rotweiler hear robber sneak into house

See rotweiler bite robber in the ass

______

That oughta work.

If I were a robber the sight of a large man coming at me with a smile and a whip in one hand, shackles in the other who says "just let it happen, it will be easier" would make me want to not rob that particular house.

Unless you're a submissive robber. That might make you rob the house over and over and over and over and over and over . . .

*snip*...

Might stop a robber, but what are you going to do about the subs and masochist camping out on your front lawn?

Well - that would stop the robber, too. He'd have to wade through a lawn-ful of subs and masochists to get to the house.

Had some door-to-door salesman type try to sell me a home-alarm system. He said that the sign outside would let thieves know there was an alarm here, and they would stay away. I looked him in the eye and said "How about I just give you twenty bucks for the sign, and we call it a day?". The look on his face was priceless.

That's dead amusing.

I've often wondered that. If the sign works so well, why not just use the sign?

Dude would not come off that sign. Said he couldn't sell it seperate. I was like, "Come on, we both know you have extra signs. So one goes missing?" He starts stumbling over his words and backing away. Great reaction, as he almost fell backwards down my stairs

Too bad you didn't get it on camera - I bet you would have won at America's Funniest Home Video's or something.
