Hi everybody. This is my first post and I just wanted to ask a quick question. If I submitted a celeb sex story will I get sued or something if the particular celeb gets to find out about it?
Just wondering.

Thanks, Sikander

Absolutely!

I've been sued by a ton of celebrities since posting on Lit'. The legal fees alone have forced me to sell my home.

Maybe some other Lit' members want to share some of their legal mishaps.

Even though I may have been sued it was still worth it to read the cool comments my stories have received.

Thanks for replying. Sorry about you gettin sued. That's really put me off writing and I had some great story ideas too. Oh, well.

I am only out a few hundred thousand in legal expenses but on the flip side I got laid by a bunch of Literotica chics that dig my stories.

Now what can be more important than getting laid?

Hmmm, you might be right. I just might submit a few stories now.

Good idea. I'll compile a list of good lawyers for you. The babes will come if your stuff is good. The guys will come also so you better set your sexual preferences from the onset unless you aren't sure.

I'm one of the celebrities that Grateful Fred wrote about. I sued his ass off. But we settled out of court when both of our lawyers turned out to be hot chicks. We just had a five-day fuck-fest on a Caribbean Island. Don't forget the coconuts and bananas.

I say, write all you want.....Carney

He's being sarcastic.
Celebs don't give a damn about the tabloids unless it's hurtful (like insisting a celeberty has an eating disorder when it's not true or uses his or her children to stalk the parent), so if the reader doesn't believe erotic or pornographic stories of them are true (Literotica stories are usually in improbable situations), then why should the celeb sue?

On the other hand the author should specify that this did not and would not happen before the story.

Thanks for the excellent advice.

Sure you can get away with it.Just give away everything you own.
They can't sue you if you don't own anything.
That way you can write as much as you want to about celebrities

And you still owe me for my services!

It was still worth selling that extra kidney to pay off part of your debt Bedtimes'.

 Freddy

P.S. For the record I settled with Carney by giving him one of my used razors as payment. Now I need a new one to cut back on my pubic hair growth.

Also there's the case of Hustler Magazine v. Jerry Falwell, which generally ruled that libel doesn't apply to fictional stories and the like.

I only right stories that are factual, truthful and honest.

How does one begin to write a fictional story anyways? Is that like a new concept?
