I was a bit upset and a bit shaky but no injuriesThe other driver was very nice about it, there were two guys who witnessed it and one of them reassured me and told me to sit back in the car and breathe

This is the third accident I've had in 23 years of driving, and every time someone's driven into meI'm surprised that in 4 1/2 years in Sydney that it hasn't happened before this!

fortunately I haven't had any bingles yet. I sort of took to driving naturally with very little by way of practice or lessons. I was also taught to drive by an instructor who used to teach racing car drivers. He was into defensive driving skills.
Anyway the main thing is you are not injured, its cheaper to fix the car than you. I know what you mean about Sydney, not my fav place to drive, I usually catch taxis when I'm there. I did a big driving holiday from Melbourne to Sydney via the coast then down through Dubbo. The old car I had didn't like the trip. It cost me over $350 to fix the bits that gave me problems, but it was a great adventure all the same.
