The continuing saga of Mr EL and his Sinuses.

I apologise for C&Ping the same thing and posting it on two forums, I'm feeling lazy today!

Well, Mr EL went to the hospital today to see a specialist about the worrying lump in his right sinus. The Doctor has had a good prod around, done some tests and basically said that he's pretty certain that the lump is indeed a carcinoma and so he'll be having an MRI scan and some other test on his brain box to see what's what and from there on in they'll work out what treatment he needs.

I wasn't sure about making a thread and just plopping this out here, but I thought you might like to know and I sure know I could do with a little bit of support and the odd hug right now.

However the Doctor himself said that this is not as bad as we might immediately assume if it is malignant it is very treatable, he called it cancer with a small 'c' so we're taking encouragement from that.

I'll let you know as soon as we know exactly what we're dealing with.
