I love it. Batgirl was one of my first girl crushes as a kid. I always liked her better than Batman

wow, geez, I come over here and here's my name in boldface. Thought I was In Trouble for a minute.

Thank you! She's my hero. I went so far as to make a complete costume. I used Halloween as an excuse. Learned a cool trick for making masks too - you just drape fabric over your head, wrap your head in duct tape, pull it off and cut it to shape.

They even make lavender duct tape now, so I didn't have to do much painting.

anyway, thanks.

You're welcome. I had my own batgirl costume. It looked nothing the real one, lol, except in my mind.

Well, yeah, but I bet you were an actual kid at the time. Embarrassingly or not, I was well into my 30's when I made mine.

So this brings up a question for the folks around here: Superheroes. Which ones did you identify with? Which ones taught you stuff and inspire you? And now that you're an adult, what would your superhero powers and identity be, and which superhero would you totally fuck if you got a chance?

just a little survey out of curiosity

I do love comics and I do love your avatar. :)

When a young boy, I read a lot from DC and Marvel.

Always more fond of superheros whitout "powers".

It's easy to be a superhero with the powers of superman, a lot more hard to be batman, even having so indecent amount of money... And as a martial artist... I do love every "no special powers" heros whit abilities for fight. :)

And talking about to fuck... EVERY girl in so thight clothes was a dream in my youth! :))

I think that the superhero that I can most closely relate to is The Shoveller, as played by William H. Macy in Mystery Men.

I don't remember much from the few multi-hero comic books that I read, which is where most of the women showed up, so my selection is limited. On that basis, I'd make a go for Batgirl or Supergirl, both of whom seemed to have a certain edge of subbiness.

Catwoman.

Duh.

There's also something winning about a rich misunderstood with his boy ward. In tight clothing. Works for me. Sorry Batgirl.

I loooove Batman. He's been my favorite superhero since I was a little girl.
