The 2007 Portland Litogether/Marathon succeeded as a marathon but was slightly less successful as a litogether. Perg and I ran it and SheRem and Mrs. P supported us.
This go-round will be clear across the country. The Hartford (CT) Marathon is on October 11. It should take any reasonably fit non-runner 16 weeks, 4 months to train for and then run a marathon.
You've got 17.3 weeks. Give it a shot, and post here as you do.
Or don't.

Only if SheRemembers has punch and pie.

I haven't done the "track thing" since high school. Besides, it's hard to run in stilettos.....

I can run a half mile to one mile tops..that is what I have been doing as of late.

Honestly, I don't see myself as a marathon runner..wish I could. But I would definitely cheer you on!

That would be perfectly acceptable. Back rubs and massages with happy endings would be even better.
