The more I think about that, really, if you're Obama, would you take on Hillary AND Bill lurking in the background and have to deal with them for 4 years?? Obama is smarter than that, I think. Do you think Hillary could take a backseat position as VP? She would be in the papers everyday...

She would take the backseat for as long as it served her purpose. You have to admit, getting elected and then taking out Obama would allow her to step into the office of the presidency unopposed. It may be easier this way than it would be to try and compete in the election process.
