I don't want to be too esoteric, but I believe we all possess elements of both genders. Some of us perhaps understand them more than others.

But they don't see color as well as women or gay men. Honestly.

this is true. Women have more color perceptor thingies. (Pardon my scientific lingo.) We perceive more greens and blues.
