Ouch, sorry to hear that. If you want some unsolicited advice, 1500mg of Glucosamine and 6g of fish oil each day. It's the combo I use to keep my dorked up joint moving smoothly.
I'm all for advice. Some unsolicited from me now. Add in some MSM into the mix as well. The combo with the glucosamine and fish oils is good.
Right. I'm off before this turns into a thread about aches and pains!
