I thought today of all the Lit moms I've come to know so well here and wondered what you did today. Did you get great homemade gifts? Cute cards? Special dinners? I thought a lot about the parents of little ones like Swirly and Neo (ok he's a daddy, but I thought of him anyway!).

I thought today of all the Lit moms I've come to know so well here and wondered what you did today. Did you get great homemade gifts? Cute cards? Special dinners? I thought a lot about the parents of little ones like Swirly and Neo (ok he's a daddy, but I thought of him anyway!).

I spent most of the day sick. My cooking made me queasy. (I think I made Hugo sick, too.) Yeah, it happens. But I still had a pretty good day with the kids. We're all going on a little, weekend vacation next week, so we'll spend happier, healthier times together then -- with restaurant food.
