Thirty minutes at a naturist club will help with that, really.

We were at the club today, and a young guy drove up to the gate wanting to try things out, never having gone nude in public before. Since the club doesn't open for the public until Monday, Freckles and I agreed to accompany him and showing him around. He was naked in short order, and commented about how after a very brief bout of nerves, it became very comfortable.

That's how it is with most people. Get over that initial fear, and then it's the most natural thing in the world.
