I ran across a great sale today and ended up bringing home 10lbs of pork loin ribs. I'm going to freeze some of it (along with a marinade) for future use, but I'd also like to try out a couple of different kinds of seasoning rub. Do I have to wait until the day I cook the ribs to add the rub, or can I add it and then freeze? Oh - and if anyone has any great marinade/rub recipes they'd like to share, please feel free -
