Life has been interesting lately. I found myself travelling quite a long ways to see a young woman, and had no idea honestly what to expect. What I found was that she was everything that I thought she was, and more, and she felt the same about me. There was a barrier, and that was resolved at great emotional cost by this remarkable young woman, leaving her free to contemplate finding her place with me.

I’m glad I was sitting down when I first came across the news, what a shock of realization.

I knew there was a downside to dominance and here it is.

This actually made me think the possibility of acting vanilla for a little while, make it easy on myself, but I can’t… and so

I already had MIS tucked away under my wing, started up my fierce protector role, my shepherded role, and now of all the people in the world, her new relationship is with you, Homburg, which changes everything.

I have felt this way twice before, I didn’t realize that I view the subs in this community with that same mindset.

It feels like, in light of all this, that I should relinquish all those roles I had, give it all to Homburg, hand over MIS. I wasn’t sure if I could do that.

Then I realized, just as the first two times I came down this road, I find myself judging the target, (Homburg in this case) next to everything I consider perfect. You are lucky I have learned this lesson.

Considering all that MIS has done for this, and that no person can meet my perfect standards, you can have her Homburg... but damn am I gonna be watching you. You know Homburg, I knew I sensed something about you, so I tested you a little, I really, really hope this is what it was.
