No vibrator, no beads that swirl, nothing really fancy-schmancy about it. It works as a butt toy (either end) and Malin likes to call it my crankshaft because he puts it in me and then uses the smooth end as a "handle" and can bring me to orgasm without clitoral stimulation... which is REALLY rare for me.
