So........

It's been about a year since i posted any prose to lit. God it's been so long.

I try to write personal stuff for le other half, and the day before yesterday was the first time in a while coz of busy-ness.

I have about 12 to 15 starts in my creative writting folder on my pc, and one 50,000 word work in progress which doesnt really have a plot and probably needs a complete overhaul. As well as a multipart which only has one part posted right now. Oh and then there's the valentine's story that everyone was expecting more of, but there wasnt really anymore to say...:rolleyes:

I need a new editor too...even though its been so long since i last posted a story, my editor has since left lit anyway...:( and she was really good :(

Erm, as for what i'm currently writting...i'm avoiding finishing my poster and starting my research proposal and essay.

Writing? Let's see... I have the first two pars of my Modern Fairy Tale for Selena's chain. It's stalled after that.
I have the last chapter of Angelina's saga for Red's Enchanted Twelve chain on the to do list.
There's half an idea for an Earth Day story, that won't evolve into anything till well after the contest ends.
The second half of last year's Earth Day entry is still half written and there's three other starts that have reached the slough of ennui in my brain.

So I'm not actually writing anything.
 
I'm supposed to be writing -
  1. A 10-page paper integrating concepts from three different books.
  2. The survey, and results and discussion sections of my research paper.
  3. A 15-page final term paper about reputation indices.
  4. A presentation for a stupid committee I'm on.

Am I doing any of it?

I had a wonderful idea for a story the other day and I was planning on working on today, but I cannot for the life of me remember what it was now.
 
I had a poem flip-flopping around in my head when I woke up yesterday morning. I knew I should write it down real quick but didn't have time. By the time I got to it, the magic was gone.

half a dozen poems that no one likes except me (see my newest "nobody" in sig link)

and just a bunch of crap in snippets running amok in various folders.

Plus I am doing a "readers" edit for Varian's mss and
Pushing around images and making them do things they didnt know they could do for cover art

and migraines dailyand kitchen remodeling and going insane wanting to plant my gardens and well just life LOL

I am most turned on when a woman is having as much pleasure induced upon her as possible. two smut stories, one general sci-fi neil gaiman-ish kind of novel, my fantasy stars database, studying for mac certification, and trying to do a poem a day.

A long history tale about a major player in my fantasy world, Alicia, that has only had limited exposure thusfar in my other stories. Well, it centers on her, but it's also delving into the history of her to-be husband as well.

The next story in a taboo tale I posted recently.

Waiting on a first draft from l8 for the next major LST3K project to combine with mine and script's so The Fandom Menace can hit the airwaves :)

Chapter 13 of Sisters of the Mists. Recovering from a dissapointing battle, capturing demons, and getting as much help as you give from aiding old friends.

A dozen or more other things percolating with nothing written thusfar, including a new Laresa story, another installment of Kindled in Fiction, another in my Magic of the Wood series that my Earth Day story as Les belongs to, a new Arts Ardane, the long promised follow-up to Blackhawk Hall, the second chapter of Zoraster's twisted history I began in Ebon Genesis, a foray into the interratial category, re-editing Blackhawk Hall ( again... This whole learning how to write as you go thing makes for a lot of that )

There's always something. It's a matter of finding time, motivation, and the mental energy to do it.

Then she was taken to the land of Amazon women who only shop online and finds her PC doesn't work in space so she just goes to the corner market and buys some gum.
