I love the East Coast.

I like the Atlantic Ocean.
This sounds like opening round in a geography lesson, or the beginning of a Ricky Nelson song.

IMHO, the tepid, stagnant waters of the barpit just outside Dry Prong, Louisiana soundn't be missed, especially this time of year.

It has nice waves.

and sand.

and I like to walk on the shore.

I can't see it from here though.:(

I can see you from this side when you're walking on the shore, I'd never imagined you in pink flip-flops.

That's nice. Don't forget, a lot of the South is on the Atlantic Ocean (from Virginia down to Daytona Beach) and, of course, there's the Gulf of Mexico.

Do you like Mexican food?

(

it has NO waves :( at least in my limited exposure to only certain areas.

except maybe when a storm is going on.

A "big wave" that hits you in the chest??? Sorry. A "big wave" should curl over your head and send you flipping.

Baby, if you fell the earth shake when you are visiting me, it ain't got nothing to do with San Andreas...

Actually, I'd like it if their was an earthquake when you were visiting... Just to watch you squeak and jump two feet in the air. I just hope I have the videocamera along.

I would scream like a girlie girl!!!

I can say the same for southern California, dear. I haven't seen anything impressive there, either.

Not saying they don't exist -- just that my exposure is as limited as yours.

They really aren't that big of a deal 99% of the time. Seriously. They don't even wake me up. Sometimes I've confused them for a semi driving by.

But one here could send us into the mines.
