I've got 3 weeks of vacation to use by the end of April, and I'm in Europe. Where do I go if I want to be amazed by the food and location?

We'd prefer to go somewhere sunny and warm and are looking at Greece (how on earth do we choose which island?!) as well as Spain. Valencia is top of our list so far, but there are a few of you posters in this thread whose opinions I'd trust when it comes to food and travel, so please share!
