I'm going grocery shopping tomorrow and need healthy food ideas of what to get! So far I have:
1% cottage cheese
plain non fat organic yogurt
pineapple
veggie burgers (boca original vegan kind)
two bags frozen mixed fruit
string cheese (yes I know it's a lot of fat but I like it)
quinoa flakes (like oatmeal but healthier,and a complete protein b/c it's made from quinoa)
Special K Protein Plus
fat free milk
frozen brussel sprouts
frozen broccoli
whole grain bread (whatever is cheapest but has several different grains in it)
bottled water
barley
I can't think of what else! hmmm...
