Stinging Nettles

Have you ever had the unfortunate pleasure of making the aquaintence of one of these evil, nasty lil plants? I steped on one this afternoon at about 1:30. . .my foot is still tingling. . .piece of shit plant!!! http://www.ngpp.org/lounge/images/smilies/crying1.gif

No matter what I do I can't get rid of them. It's like every season they come back bigger and in greater numbers. . .they are taking over my yard!

I've tried everything. . .right down to pulling them up by hand.

Do you live near a wooded area or have neighbors that let them grow a lot?

Not sure how to get rid of them... previous owner agent orange'ed my property and now only the olive trees grow.

Calamine is your friend.

I actually got them from my nextdoor neighbor. . .they just seem to spread EVERYWHERE!!!

I tried benedryl and calamine. . .it still stings
