I'm so excited

BANDIT & I were at 2 mini meets last year meeting up with Roz, Calli for the first time on a trip they had to Sydney for a concert & later in the year when Orlanth was in town which rekindled our desire to organise a LIT Aussie thread meet & we are excited that it has attracted a lot of attention so we are excited too.

Not a lot happening with me... work work work... clocking up a few hours and km's on the bike which is always fun. Time with the kids.... and lots of time spent drinking coffee with my friends....

Well fingers crossed Gil gets his operation on March 5 - would have been this Wednesday but he has to stop taking the warfarin a few days before the op.

My big news.... I'm a gran again. My daughter gave birth to a beautiful baby girl Sunday morning. And best of all - I was there. A truly amazing experience.

I am ok for the most part, thoug I am worried about my mum.

My heart still is going crazy so I'm still on warfrin. I also found out why forgeting my heart meds is bad.

Depends on which girl it is. I need to take them twice a day, easy I know, but even legends like I forget at times.

Last MRI G had showed a slight reduction in cancer cells. It's too soon to get excited, but we're quietly hopeful. He's taken advantage of a break in treatment and has gone overseas on business.... this house is so empty without him..

All what happened when I forgot the meds was massive chest pain for 6 hours, and vomiting and diharra at the same time. I say 6 hours as I had my dinner meds which helped.

Now, I'm off to bed, good night.
