You state 'Upper Midwest' then say you want local people only. Uh. Upper Midwest covers an area far larger than most would consider 'local' and is also not very specific (does, say, Iowa, which is west of the Mississippi, the generally accepted 'east vs west' border, fall into the the category of 'Upper Midwest' despite it being east of the mid-point of the nation? Or are you talking more something like Wyoming, which would definitely be in the middle of the western portion of the US, and the upper?). Despite your 'specific requests' you're not very detailed.
