I just heard a big crash of plates and stuff. I also heard some laughing right afterward, but I'm still afraid to go down there (my mother has an obsession with plates).
I am sooooooooooooooooo tempted to get involved in that political thread.
I don't usually get involved in political threads.
But this one strikes too close to home.
Must.
Resist.
Temptation.
Because, afterall, what good will it do in the greater sense? Will I influence someone's opinion? Will I create change for good? Or will I just increase my stress level to the point I'm ripping my hair out and banging my head against a wall?
... not to mention the beating the poor, dead horse will get.

Why did she have to call first thing in the morning and why did I have to let her get to me. I wasn't going to answer the phone today. I was going to enjoy my day cleaning and writing. I should have just not answered the phone.
