OK, so where is humula (and perhaps more important, when is the rally?). Not that I think I could make it this year - but there's always the future to think of

And sorry to say that the bed was empty - which was just as well, because I needed the sleep!

We may be able to still do dialysis at home with the vascath in....just means a different technique for getting on/coming off. And NO holding of spots where the cannulas went in so saves a bit of time. I will need some training in how to do it, but the head nurse (don't know her correct title but she's in charge of home training) seems to have quite a bit of faith in me

Humula is a small town near Tumbarumba.... about 25 km south of Tarcutta and it's usually held on the second weekend of March every year.

The town struggles to survive so what profits are made by the Bike club are split between the community and local Bush fire service... so we like to help them out as much as possable

I know you can handle anything that get's thrown your way babe, you are a very strong woman (have to be to put up with Gil kidding just kidding)

Well I saw the surgeon today & found out her is doing another op on me in about 3 weeks so I have time to heal & re coup after the last 2 ops one of which didn't work, hope he gets it right this time, sometimes think I'm a training tool for his surgical students.

i've started 3 of the 4 core subjects now - and i already have assignments
6 hrs at school, followed by a couple of hours homework... and if i take the bus instead of the car, then i have an extra 3 1/2 hrs total in travel to add to that (and that's to travel all of 15km each way!!!)
HE says HE's going to buy me a car asap - which is good, because i'm going to need it!

it's fun tho, and about time i started challenging my brain... except i'm not too sure about the math - it's been nearly 25 yrs since i had to do algebraic equations.

as for the meet - no can do this year
i'll try my best, but as it's the start of the 2nd semester for me, it may not be possible.
that, and the fact that i'm absolutelydefinitelypositively going to bathurst this year, may be more than my finances can handle too!

Travel here by public transport sucks too & we are the largest city in Aussie, took 3+ hours to get to the place it normally takes less than 1/2 hour to get to by car.

As for coping if my memory you used to do the ex's books so that will have to be a leg up on your course.

Oh Year.... it would be loverly to have you attend the G&G 2008 but I'm sure we will catch up one day, if it goes well there is always next year.

Mine was horrible. The worst day I have had in a long long time....and it was all my fault. My boyfriend went to SO much trouble, flowers, a teddy bear and dinner....I've had such an exhausting couple of weeks, my body couldn't pretend everything was fine any longer....so all I could do was cry all night. I've not spoken to him since....I hope he doesn't dump me.

Yes, I know, you're right. I tried to call him earlier - 3 times. He said he'd be home, but then has band at his friends place at 7:30, so it looks like I missed out on talking to him tonight. (I'd rather not call him on his mobile there.) Ugh. Looks like another sleepless night for me! At least I have my new Teddy to cuddle.

No it doesn't - I only lasted a week from when Gil went into hospital before I had a breakdown I promise to try and not hold it in too long next time Sir
